Merging the styles of both an English and American Barleywine, this beer features a very specific and intentional malt selection. Through a much longer boiling process, we are able to bring out a greater depth of malt character and sweetness, resulting in flavors and aromas of rich caramel, brown sugar, candied raisins and stone fruit.

A simple combination of pilsen and wheat, creating a cleaner canvas to showcase a combonation of classic and experimental hops, added during the hot stage only. This beer flirts with the line of Pale Ale and Pale Lager. Crisp, clean and a pleasant hop bitterness.

A modest base malt and hop recipe that allows us to showcase the El Dorado hop at a much higher ratio for this variation. We get flavors and aromas of fresh pressed orange, sweet orange peel, grapefruit pith and a subtle hint of sweet vanilla creme.

our 2021 holiday beer takes a combination of malts resulting in a red/amber color with flavors of caramel and subtle chocolate, Hopped gently and infused with wildflower honey in the whirlpool stage. we fermented with belgian yeast, giving it that clove, bubblegum and slight banana flavor, then conditioned in secondary fermentation on fresh tart black cherries.
